The Experience Strategy, Services, and Operations (ESSO) organization is leading the effort to create the desired customer experience through support offer creation, driving digital transformation across our tools, and delivering operational excellence across CE&S.
As a Technical Program Manager on the Azure Portfolio team, you will execute on the Azure proactive services portfolio and product strategy. Azure proactive services are used by 4000+ Cloud Solution Architects to accelerate customer adoption of Azure as well as ensure that Azure workloads are Well-Architected. Working with WW stakeholders and teams across the company you will ensure Azure proactive services drive customer impact and exceed quality standards at scale. You will foster relationships with field teams around the globe and establish closed loop feedback channels to ensure that every delivery delights our customers and drives the right outcome.
We are looking for a motivated Technical Program Manager who is excited about helping customers adopt and optimize Azure solutions. To be selected you will need to demonstrate the ability to overcome ambiguity, navigate complex stakeholders across the company, and influence business and technical leaders. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, can work with empathy when under pressure, and operate with high confidence and interpersonal awareness, then this may be your next role.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.
